The War on Femininity

The Feminine is the soul of the world; it is not separate from the Masculine–both are one and the same, one reality seen from two sides. The first war on Femininity, and indeed on Masculinity, is to separate the two irrevocably and to position them as opposites and opponents. The second is everything that we have created, enabled, invented based on the premise that the Feminine is inferior, dangerous, vile, separate–or entirely forgetting that it even exists.

Everything.

From ideas about the inferiority of women and the “dominance” of men,
to the chemicals in our households that attack the mosquitoes and flies but also kill all that is vital and biological,
to upending meadows and planting buildings of ugly concrete–buildings that are given out as rental properties that are “investments” for the owners,
to “harmaceuticals” that are designed to conflict with and damage the organs…
the human consciousness is largely bent against itself, against what is true, natural, hopeful, joyful, life-giving, life-sustaining, creative, artsy, fluid, evocative and natural.
Against that which is living, non-static, in flow, shape-shifting and Feminine.

This thematic has obtained wider and wider attention in the past twenty or so years when it has left the spiritual and environmental conclaves where it first originated and was incubated, and started making the round of the world through teachers, coaches, healers, writers, organizers. The thematic is not new, its seepage into the collective is. Mystic orders have spoken of it for years, and it catapulted to the popular stratosphere with the publication of sensationalist literature such as The Da Vinci Code.

That was 2005. This is 2024, and yet we are seeing the war on the Feminine racing ahead of the healing and restoration of the Feminine. Only in some places, islands of reversal are appearing, while in other places, the opposition plays out its long, drawn-out, tiring and soul-drenching endgame. We need to make the former categorically take over the latter before it is too late for some or many of us. Work needs to be done, alliances made, old systems categorically dismantled, new systems created and preserved.

Time is of essence. Dispersion patterns matter. Carrying this message to where it hasn’t reached on Earth, matters.
