How Long Will The Order Take To Arrive?
Orders will be dispatched in 2-3 working days in regular days and during peak seasons they will be dispatched in 4-5 working days. From there on, the courier’s delivery time applies, please use your tracking number to check with them directly. Orders that are shipped to remote areas such as Gilgit-Baltistan take longer to arrive.

Which Courier Will Deliver The Order?
It depends on the delivery area and the type of shipment. When we ship the order, we send you the courier details and tracking number.

What Happens If I’m Not At Home When The Order Is Delivered?
If you are not home when the order is delivered, the courier will contact you for re-attempt. You can also call the courier directly and give them the order tracking number to arrange a delivery date. We cannot give individual advice or directives to the courier nor track your parcel for you once it leaves our desk, outside of the systems provided by the courier.
